An Unforgettable Evening With James

What started out as a pipe dream became a reality in Bristol on Sunday 11 January 2004 when James very kindly agreed to perform for us at a private function in Marlows Piano Bar. It was an absolutely magnificent evening with hoards of his devoted fans who had travelled from all over the country to be there, as well as some as far away as Holland and Belgium. We were treated to an evening of James’ exceptional talent as he entertained us singing and playing ballads on a Baby Grand Piano and rocking on the Guitar, both of which he did brilliantly. James has a really engaging personality and is very giving of his time, he made sure he chatted with all of us there, signed autographs and also participated in a question and answer session which was extremely entertaining thanks to his very own brand of dry wit and humour. He sang around twenty songs throughout the evening and these included his very own songs Stuck on Your Love and Gone Wrong. His performance was amazing and his voice so very beautiful that when he sang he held the whole place in the palm of his hand, you could hear a pin drop, that is of course until the thunderous applause. He was awesome and the evening ended in the small hours with James receiving a standing ovation.It was a truly special evening with a truly special star - Thanks a million James.
